Back to School

Kevin started teaching again last week Wednesday. So far, he says it's going well. He's taking the "mean guy" approach with no smiling for the first 2 weeks or so to establish respect, and then hopefully they can have more fun in class.
Our Labor Day was very enjoyable. At 7:30 am Kevin and some friends went pond diving for frisbee golf discs at a park, and they found 30 frisbees. He feels it was a huge success, except now he's suffering from itching and a rash. :( After the pond adventure, Nate and Becca Triemstra came over and we had bruch together. I made peach buttermillk pancakes, which were quite tasty. We didn't anything terribly exciting during the middle of the day, but in the evening we did some more entertaining. Our friends Jeff and Carmen came over for Kevin's famous BBQ ribs. We had a great dinner, and had a lot of fun together.
Summer vacaton is over. That doesn 't mean a whole lot to me, but it's a big shift for Kevin. We are hoping for a good school year.
Sorry, no pictures at the moment.

Was that up at Ford park? The fish in there are radioactive. Grossness.
