This is some videos and pictures of the ACA Christmas program. In the spotlight is "Dudes a Plenty", the greatest boy band on earth (myself, Scholma, Wojo, Triemstra, DeKock and Smith). Enjoy.
It's July 20, 1969 and a group of groovy cats have been invited to hang out with hippie superstar Hedda Leiss as she prepares to go on a cross-country psychedelic bus trip to the long awaited Beefstock concert... But then, as Neil Armstrong prepares to step on the moon, a blast rips through Hedda's tour bus. Hedda has been murdered! So which one of the psychedelic hipsters chillin' and lovin' at Hedda's pad was responsible for the dastardly deed? Meet the suspects: Juan Stepford Mann (A.K.A. Kyle Rosander): An 'astronaut and supposedly one of NASA's golden boys. A decorated Air Force major, he's bound for the moon on one of the next Apollo missions because he's got the right stuff...or so he'd like us to believe. He's been Burnette DeBrah's escort for several months. He doesn't really get the whole hippie movement, but he is 'largely' welcome when it comes to love-ins, and is known on the circuit as Apollo 13 and Rocket Man. B...
It's been awhile....this will be a hodgepodge post of favorite pictures from the past 3 months. For starters, I had nothing to do with this. Kevin is the gas-mask collector, and this occured while I was at work. No comment. Aundrea received a shopping cart for Christmas, and she prefers to push it around, piled up with babies. They seem to enjoy it as well. I just think this is funny...as if she's daring anyone to take away that lolly! We spent part of a week in February with Kevin's parents in Erie. Highlights were an indoor water park, and walking in a snowy Wintergreen Gorge. It wasn't really as cold as it may look. Aundrea and Kevin stripping wall paper in what will be Aundrea's new room. Why is she getting a new room, you say? Well, let's just say the nursery will soon be occupied by someone smaller. Yes, we're having another baby! I am due September 29. I'd include an ultrasound picture, but they're really blurry. You may have noticed the s...
Having decided to make a fashionably late entrance, the baby has finally decided to grace us with her presence! Oh, but there has to be a little bit more anticipation than that! On the 4th of July, Steph and I decided to take a somewhat risky (given her condition) trip to Muskegon, MI to visit the Johnson clan. It proved to be a beautiful trip. While we waited for lunch at Grandma's, Stephanie and I went to the channel to enjoy the beautiful weather and watch all the boats. Can you tell that Steph is eight days overdue? Stephanie wanted a picture of me, so I took this self portrait. I think it captures my 'essence' quite well! After a delicious lunch, and some baby talk with Jessie and Jeremiah (who had their baby June 20...congrats guys!!), everyone headed over to Diane and Dave's for some swimming in the lake! Then, on Tuesday, I took a risky trip to Detroit to pick up some molding I won in an auction. Yep, left my wife, who was 10 days overdue, on a two hour (each wa...
