Catch Up

It's been awhile....this will be a hodgepodge post of favorite pictures from the past 3 months.
For starters, I had nothing to do with this. Kevin is the gas-mask collector, and this occured while I was at work. No comment.

Aundrea received a shopping cart for Christmas, and she prefers to push it around, piled up with babies. They seem to enjoy it as well.



I just think this is funny...as if she's daring anyone to take away that lolly!

We spent part of a week in February with Kevin's parents in Erie. Highlights were an indoor water park, and walking in a snowy Wintergreen Gorge.



It wasn't really as cold as it may look.





Aundrea and Kevin stripping wall paper in what will be Aundrea's new room. Why is she getting a new room, you say? Well, let's just say the nursery will soon be occupied by someone smaller. Yes, we're having another baby! I am due September 29. I'd include an ultrasound picture, but they're really blurry.


You may have noticed the short sleeves and curly hair. These pictures were taken during our week or so of record-high March temperatures. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Many of the flowers have bloomed - so early!

Last night we hosted our young-adult Bible study. It was a great turn out, with LOTS of kiddos. I attempted to get a picture of them all together...

In my defense, Aundrea put that gas mask on herself. I did not force, encourage, or help her put it on.

An Update of Cosmic Porportions

Ok, so it has been a preposterously long time since we last updated this thing. My main excuse is that, as we did not have our own house to live in, I couldn't update as I didn't want to put a bunch of pictures on my in-laws computer, but if I'm honest with myself, I was just being lazy. But here it is! Rejoice, masses, for the Andersons have returned to the internet! So the last time we updated, we had just returned from a nice vacation to Michigan for Tracie's wedding. While we were there, Stephanie applied for jobs, since the odds of me retaining my job at ACA were diminishing by the day (although to this day I have not received official notice of my termination, although it is clearly assumed). Well, she got it, and so two weeks after she got the job we were packed up and heading back to Michigan, for good. Working on the House

Just in case you were wondering what I've been doing with my time here these last few weeks, here's an update! First, when we moved into our house, one thing that was immediately apparent was that our Master Bedroom was about 10 or 15 degrees colder than the rest of the house at night. This made sleeping, and especially getting into bed rather uncomfortable. As I've mentioned, the Master Bedroom was an addition that the original builder built for his mother in law, so it is the only room in the house that does not have basement underneath. The problem was, I had no idea where the access to the crawlspace was. Then, one day, I was in the bathroom down stairs, doing what you do in a bathroom, and I noticed a funny looking panel on the wall that just didn't seem quite right for where it was. I then saw heavily painted over screws. EUREKA! The access to the crawl space! Upon inspection, here is what I found. Basically nothing. Not one shred of insulation, no insulation on t

Stephanie is forcing me to update...

...so here I am. First off, we had our last Friday at Ski Club this week. Last Friday I took myself out fairly early going over a jump and landing squarely on my rump, making walking, standing, sitting, and just about any other form of existence you can think of fairly painful. Well, I could still feel it a little on Friday, and it was pure ice. So what do I do but go ahead and try the same jump...and do the same thing...and make the same posterior injury even more of a pain in the rear ( hahahaha ...I make myself laugh). So I benched myself at about 6 p.m. with another 4 hours of skiing to go. But some good did come of it. I was talking with Scott, one of the parents that was gracious enough to not only drive every week, but to take a truckload of hyperactive girls with him. Well, we naturally got onto the subject of how wonderful Ebay is, and he told me about how one time he just went through every category on Ebay .
